Since the invention of bag-in-the-box in 1955, bag-making materials and bag-making technology have been greatly improved after decades of development. At present, the box bag has been widely used in beverage, wine, oil, seasoning, daily chemical products and other liquid materials packaging.
Composition and characteristics of bag-in-box: the complete bag-in-box packaging is composed of outer packaging and inner bag welded with export faucet (or lid). The outer packing is standard carton or iron drum, which can withstand pressure and be easy to stack during transportation. The words and patterns can also be printed on the outer packing to explain or publicize the products in the bag. The inner bag is a soft packing bag made of multi-layer composite film. The inner bag is welded with flanged seat. To prevent contamination of the bag before filling, prepress the outlet faucet (or lid) after the seat is welded. When filling, pull out the outlet faucet (or lid) first, and then fill, and then re-press the outlet faucet or lid.
