High Temperature Resistant Food Packaging Retort Pouch With Custom Printing
Retort pouch is a kind of laminated plastic bag that can be heated. It has the advantages of can container and boiling water resistant plastic bag. The food can be kept intact in the bag, sterilized and heated at high temperature (generally 120~135 ℃), and then taken out for consumption. After more than ten years of use, it has been proved that it is an ideal packaging pouch. It is suitable for the packaging of meat and bean products. It is convenient, hygienic and practical, and can well maintain the original flavor of food, which is favored by consumers.
In order to meet the performance requirements of retort pouch, polyester film with high strength is selected as the outer layer of the structure, aluminum foil with light proof and air tightness is selected as the middle layer, and polypropylene film is selected as the inner layer. Three layer structure includes PET/AL/RCPP and PET/PA/RCPP, and four layer structure includes PET/AL/PA/RCPP.
Not only for the material, but also the printing ink should be high temperature resistant for retort pouch. We will use food grade printing ink and suitable temperature resistant ink for all retort pouch, so the printing will not fell off during high temperature heating.
