Food Grade Packaging Tea Bag Foil Resealable Zipper Doypack
Our tea bag is presented in a normal form of stand up pouch, but with a resealable zipper. This tea bag is matte finish with Indingo HP20000 digtal printing, so you can see the printing effect is very colorful. Also in order to extend the shelf life, we use a metalized foil as the middle layer to the tea bag, so the bag can provide about 12 to 18 months shelf life to your product.
Resealable zipper is good to keep the products when we can finish them all at one time. It can also help prevent moisture going inside the pouch. For small bag size, you can choose no zipper as per your needs.
Regarding the printing, we provide digital printing and gravure printing. Digital printing offers quick production lead time and small order quantity for multiple designs. Gravure printing requires MOQ 5000pcs per design which has about 25 work days production lead time. Usually tea bag has different favors, so digital printing will be a good choice.
